Nice work PJ. If you'd like to join the design team, just start posting content, fulfilling sig requests, and if we like them along with the customer being happy, you'll be able to join the team. You have talent already, so it shouldn't be too difficult for you to get on. However, I do want a dedicated staff member. A couple of our designers are going to be contacted soon about being removed due to the fact that they don't ever fulfill any requests. If you are going to be a designer, make sure you like the site and want to stick around.
