lower and de-molding please

Can someone take my ugly turd mobile and drop it down about an inch/inch and half (roughly), ditch the moldings on the doors, and color the front/back moldings body color? (they're molded in and can't be removed). This thing is a candidate for a built 3800 swap, just need to make sure everything I have in mind is possible via tape measure, and I'd like it to look a little better (oxymoron?)

Oh, one last thing, little bit of tint on the side windows please, but not something I need really.

The side molding is not the prettiest thing, but the ideal can be made I hope.
